Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Media Mail
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $70 within the domestic USA (media mail only)
We are also pleased to offer worldwide international shipping via USPS First Class Mail Interntational
Tracking your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
For Media Mail and First Class Mail International shipments, tracking information will be included so you can track your package.
Domestic First Class Mail packages are shipped via large envelope / flat service to keep your shipping cost to a minimum, and these do not come with a tracking number.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
You will receive an email with immediate access to your files. We recommend you download these to your computer straight away.
If you have any difficulty accessing your materials, please reach out. We are always happy to help.
Order Details
Because each order is processed promptly, changes or edits cannot be made once it has been placed.
We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully at checkout, such as the correct item description(s), number of copies ordered, and any promotional discounts you would like applied.
If an error does occur, please email amy@curator.us as soon as possible—we will always do our best to assist where we can.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds for incorrect addresses.
If you notice a mistake, contact amy@curator.us right away, and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Delivered, But Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we recommend:
Checking with your local post office using your tracking number
Asking neighbors if your package has been delivered to the wrong address.
Looking in any secure or alternative delivery locations
If your package still cannot be found, please reach out to amy@curator.us, and we will assist in any way we can.
